The efficacy of tadalafil (Cialis), a drug for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, has been well-established by many studies. However, recent studies have not shown the direct efficacy of tadalafil, in erectile dysfunction (ED), without other drugs. In this study, we aimed to evaluate the efficacy of tadalafil, compared to a non-specific non-tadalafil, in patients with erectile dysfunction (ED).
We enrolled a group of patients with ED (ED) with tadalafil (Cialis) therapy. They were randomly divided into 2 groups; (1) Group A: Patients were treated with tadalafil, and (2) Group B: Patients were treated with a non-specific non-tadalafil.
In the treatment group, there was a significant increase in the proportion of patients with erectile dysfunction (ED) with tadalafil, compared to the other groups. The incidence of the treatment-related side effects was higher in the tadalafil group than in the non-tadalafil group, and the incidence of adverse events was higher in the tadalafil group than in the non-tadalafil group.
Tadalafil, compared to tadalafil, has the ability to effectively improve erectile function, but it has a lower incidence of adverse events, which could be a reason for the higher prevalence of ED in this group.
In the management of ED in patients with erectile dysfunction, tadalafil, like other phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5) inhibitors, has been shown to be a promising agent. The efficacy of tadalafil has been shown to be comparable with that of other PDE-5 inhibitors such as Viagra. However, recent studies have not shown the direct efficacy of tadalafil, in erectile dysfunction. In this study, we evaluated the efficacy of tadalafil, compared to tadalafil, in ED patients with erectile dysfunction. We found that the efficacy of tadalafil was significantly better than that of tadalafil, with no significant difference in side effects.
We evaluated the efficacy of tadalafil, compared to tadalafil, in ED patients with ED. Patients with ED, who had a previous diagnosis of ED, were recruited from the patients’ medical records. ED patients were eligible to participate if they had erectile dysfunction (ED) (including the presence of erectile dysfunction, pulmonary hypertension, diabetes, and/or heart failure). They were also eligible to take the drug at the time of enrollment if they had a history of ED. In addition, they were excluded if they had a history of a serious adverse event, had a history of heart failure, had a history of pulmonary hypertension, diabetes, or any significant other conditions.
The study protocol was approved by the Institutional Review Board of the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Hospital (approval No. 13-1022).

Tadaflo 10mg tablet contains the active ingredient Tadalafil. It is a medication primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) symptoms. Erectile dysfunction is an inability to keep an erection firm enough for sexual activity. BPH is a condition characterized by men's prostate gland enlargement. Do not drink alcohol and grapefruit juice while taking Tadaflo 10mg tablet. Talk to your physician if you are intolerant to sugars, as this medicine contains lactose. You need to inform your physician about any serious heart disorders, low or high blood pressure, vision problems, sickle cell anemia, liver disorders, kidney disorders, or a recent heart attack if you have.
How to useYour pharmacist's label may say to take this medicine by mouth as long as your doctor has told you to. However, this does not necessarily mean that you are taking this medicine every day. You should not take this medicine if you have serious heart problems, liver or kidney problems, or a history of serious blood clots. Follow your health care provider's instructions before taking this medicine. You should not use this medicine if you have a history of cardiovascular disease, including heart attack.
Talk to your health care provider if you are intolerant to sugars, as this medicine contains lactose. You need to inform your physician if you are taking medicines such as ketoconazole, itraconazole, erythromycin, clarithromycin, erythromycin, or erythromycin during your treatment with Tadaflo 10mg tablet. Your doctor may have you take them with food or milk to avoid stomach upset. Your health care provider may ask you to take them with food or milk if you have stomach upset, such as heartburn or indigestion. Your health care provider may also advise you to take them only when you are sure you are suffering from ED. You should not take this medicine if you are using any other medication because it may increase the risk of getting certain side effects.Missed dose: Take the next dose as soon as you remember about taking a dose. If you are still having any changes in mood or sleeping patterns, talk to your health care provider first before taking the missed dose of Tadaflo 10mg tablet.
How long have I been taking Tadaflo 10mg tablet?Take Tadaflo 10mg tablet for once daily dosing as prescribed by your health care provider. Follow the instructions given by your health care provider. Do not use more than the prescribed dose or longer than prescribed. Your doctor may adjust your dose as needed and monitor your symptoms for signs of an allergic reaction or irritation.
How long have I been taking it before taking the pill?Take Tadaflo 10mg tablet once daily for once daily dosing as prescribed by your health care provider. Do not use more of it than directed or longer than directed. Your health care provider may start you on a low dose and increase it as needed as needed to ensure the best results. If you have trouble taking the dose, repeat the routine five times a day basis for 20 minutes. Consult your health care provider for more details.

There are several medicines which should not be taken concurrently with Tadalafil. Medicines which can have potentially serious interactions with Tadalafil include :-
• Any alpha-blocker medicines e.g. doxazosin (Cardura), alfuzosin (Xatral), tamsulosin, terazosin, or Flomax, that you can buy in the pharmacy. (These medicines may be used to treat prostate problems or high blood pressure).
• Isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, or use a GTN spray or tablets
for chest pain or use Rectogesic ointment?
• Nicorandil (Ikorel), used to treat angina
• Cimetidine, used to treat stomach or duodenal (peptic) ulcers
• Theophylline, used to treat asthma
• Antibiotics:- Clarithromycin, Erythromycin and Telithromycin
• Anti-fungals such as itraconazole and ketoconazole
• Seizure medication:- carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin and primidone
• Heart or blood pressure medication:- disopyramide, amiodarone, quinidine and procainamide
• Anti-viral medication:- telaprevir, atazanavir, retonavir, indinavir, saquinavir and cobicistat
• Recreational drugs:- amyl nitrate (poppers)
